InterActive Team Effectiveness is our new course to supplement your InterActive Leadership™ knowledge. You’ve learned how to shift your thinking – it’s time to bolster your team impact and growth through InterActive thought and connection.
Helena Foulkes, past-participant guest speaker, will be on-site to share her journey with InterActive Leadership™ and how it has transformed not only how she leads, but how her team collaborates to create the most impact.

Foulkes is an experienced CEO and senior executive with a track record of delivering results by building high performance teams, innovative consumer-driven launches and digital transformation. She is known as a purpose-driven leader who has made significant impacts on organizations and industries. Helena was the President of CVS pharmacy where she led many groundbreaking innovations, including the elimination of tobacco in its 8000 stores, and she led a successful turnaround of Hudson’s Bay Company, an international retailer. She most recently sought the Democratic nomination for governor of Rhode Island.
Taking place over 2-days, this course is designed to deepen your ability to apply your skills in the moment by understanding team motives and stages and how make the InterActive shift.
This course will focus on coaching and the essentials of InterActive Team Effectiveness in thought and action. Through case studies and both individual and team intervention practice, you will learn to help lift InterActive thought in your team in the moment for more strategic orientation, high commitment to outcomes and a culture of co-ownership for successful implementation.
The InterActive Team Effectiveness course includes:
- Reviewing InterActive Concepts – Whether you took your initial course with us a few months ago, or a few years ago, you’ll benefit from a recap of our core teachings.
- Personal Exploration – Self-awareness and group exploration will help identify problems via team analysis and use InterActive methods to solve them.
- Coding Refresh – Story-writing is at the heart of what we do. As graduates, you know the power that this activity has on reframing your thoughts for sustained change, but we’ll take it a step further in how it can be used to help others visualize their thought patterns.
- 1-on-1 Individual Coaching or Team Coaching (Optional) – We will make sure you feel competent and comfortable applying purposeful InterActive thoughts when working with your teams.
Logistics
Leadership Levels: Executives and Senior Leaders of organizations who have previously taken an InterActive Leadership™, InterActive Client Relationship™ or InterActive Sales course™ .
Duration: 3-4 hours of online activities, a 2-day in-person session in Boston, MA, and 2 hours of 1-on-1 coaching.
